Some of the more highly touted prospects in this year’s draft include Andrew Higgins, Julius Randel, Jabari Parker, and Joel Emibiid. This year also features a highly touted international prospect, Dante Exum who has declared for <a href="http://www.draft-news.com/">this year’s draft</a>. It remains to be seen of course if the <a href="http://www.draft-news.com/when-is-the-2014-nba-draft/">2014 class</a> will stand up to the test of time; however, the class will be the most hyped in recent memory and since the current NBA draft eligibility rules have shaped the face of both college basketball and the draft. </p><p></p><p><strong>Past NBA Draft First Round Picks </strong></p><p></p><p>The following are the first overall picks of the NBA drafts from the past 20 years.
