Anthony LaPaglia

I wonder if Anthony LaPaglia will always look like a ganster in whatever movie or tv show he makes? He's a good actor, but I think he was just too type cast as a bad guy once upon a time and that has stuck with him.

You're so right, lol.

He's quite the distinguished actor with many golden globe nominations and even a win a few years ago in the best performance category. Type cast or not, he really "sells" whatever role he's playing...

He is one of the better ones.

There are not much actors like him. He is looking like the mafiosi next door but can express so many things with his face.

And "without a trace " is good example for his wonderful role play.

He's a phenomenal actor. I've enjoyed him in everything he's ever done. It's interesting you thing he's typecast as a bad guy, since he's more frequently playing some kind of law enforcement character, although he's played his share of dirty cops as well.

He's a good actor, agreed, but not a favorite of mine. He's just so sullen all the time, even on Without a Trace. I used to love that show, but it's really become a soap opera, and I don't watch it near as much as I used to. If I want to watch a soap, there's plenty to choose from in the daytime.
