Canceling connect app stupid idea - XFinity

Low usage as the reason for canceling the app is BS, I use it everyday. From the looks of the messages on this form so do a lot of other customers, but obviously Comcast doesn't care which shows by their lack of response to the comments on this form and their stupid why of announcing the cancellation by using a pop up on the app instead of sending out an email explaining their bone head decision. I have been with Comcast for over 20 year, I will be cutting the cord, with 5G coming on board there will be better options I hope you that are disappointed with Comcast will do the same.
