comcast service really bad



My DVR are broken since 10/19, I contact comcast via chat with Xfinity Assistant and ask to send a replacement DVR to my home, three time they promise DVR should arrive in a few day, three times nothing show up. I have yet to receive my DVR replacement. I have not been able to watch my TV since 10/19. Should I cancel my comcast service?
