Constantly disconnecting - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Constantly disconnecting", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. I've tried looking into differnet event logs and I am not seeing anything; I've connected directly to my modem and am still getting disconnects every 5-10 minutes. Here is the log from my modem from today, any help would be greately appreciated!
