Deprovision unauthorized mobile apps - XFinity

Good Afternoon -



I would like to have all mobile devices that are currently logged into my account to be deprovisioned. I contacted Customer Service & spoke to a Tier 2 representative. They are in the process of investigating this issue .. they said they didn't hear of this problem too often .. however .. there are many bloggs on this Community Forum about that. I spoke to James in the High Speed Internet Department & he's working on the issue. He was extremely helpful - I just thought I'd send this message out there & see if it could be resolved any quicker. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
