DVR cloud transfer issues



Hello, so we just recently moved to a new house and I had my cable boxes and internet transferred to the new address. I had scheduled a tech to install our internet on Monday. I hooked up my cable boxes and everything worked fine and left the internet ready to install for tech. Unfortunately the tech had to swap out both boxes for whatever reason and changed out our modem for one of the newer ones. Now I have no DVR recordings which should have been saved on my cloud as I checked several times before and have talked 3 times now with representatives to no luck. What is the issue? I'd just like to have my recordings back.
