DVR recordings not available in my IPad - XFinity

I've had problems with my DVR recordings showing on my IPad for the last 6-8 months.
I've never had an issue before. In the last 8 months, recordings have shown up maybe 3-4 times. My DVR is not full. Never more than 68% -70% recorded at one time. Recordings will show on my iPhone but not on my iPad. When I go to 'Recordings" tab...what comes up is ..."YOU HAVE NO COMPLETED RECORDINGS...YET". I have updated my iPad. I have tried everything I know to try and fix it. I use my iPad to stream shows more than I watch my television and this problem becomes annoying. Thanks so much
