Error Code CL-17 On Demand



I have not been able to access on demand for well over a month. I have unplugged box several times as well as resending the signal a couple of times. I called tech support at least twice with no resolution. I notice several other people are having the same problem. What the heck is going on Comcast?? Please help resolve this issue.
