Error createDrmSession 403-102 - XFinity

I have my own modem and wifi as well as 3 Roku Streaming Stick+ devices. Two of the Roku devices are working with the Xfinity Stream App, but one is getting the Error createDrmSession 403-102. I have called support, removed and reinstalled the app, reset my network connection in the Roku and and reset it back to Factory Defaults and restarted the Roku itself. I have also restarted my modem and restarted my wifi network. I cannot get around the error. Can you help?
