Exchange equipment again - Time Warner TV

This question is about "Exchange equipment again", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps. Not a fan of Spectrum. It is the only CATV option in my neighborhood. I have Tv, internet and phone with them.

I had to exchange a DVR because it would not reboot. The new one is Worldbox. I dislike the lack of expected features. No caller ID notification, network icons on channel guide are too small to read , remote zoom/stretch feature not available.
I’m eager to exchange it for a working DVR of the previous model.
See you at the store if the COVID cooties are dormant.
