How can I keep my Ex from continually using my Netlfix account?

Can't you change your password? You might need to set up a new email address too, if they have that system to remind you of forgotten passwords. Just set up a hotmail address purely for that purpose and don't tell anyone what it is.

Go to Netflix and remove (unlink) all devices from your account. Change your password. Then add the devices YOU use back to your account.

Use a new email address as a last resort.

You could either change your password, or cancel your account and activate a different account that your ex doesn’t have the details for. Problem solved.
