I hope I've put this in the right place. We have a problem with our dish receiver; model # VIP612dvr. It's been losing the signal; the screen goes black and the words'no signal' appear. Within about a minute, 'searching for satellite' appears, while it downloads the signal. It is usually out for 2 minutes. At other times, it loses sound, but keeps the picture; or the picture freezes, but there is still sound. Dish replaced the first receiver, but this one is doing the same thing. When the sound stops, I have to cut the power source for about 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Any help greatly appreciated!!
