Im very disappointed with comcast service again. I would like to know why I can purchase a on demand movie on Saturday and still can not watch it on Sunday, Im sure Comcast will charge me for it even though there service has failed and best case scenario they would expect me to watch a 3 hour movie after work on a weekday. When I contacted customer service I was told I had to wait to be billed and then contact them, I shouldve never returned to Comcast as they are the same liars they were several years ago.
