How much is it for dish network and television sets in different rooms?

I have 4 TV's total and would like to get Dish Network installed in my house. About how much is it going to cost out of pocket for the install and then what's the cost each month?

The initial install is free except for the cost of equipment, and that is discounted or free too in many cases.

I think the monthly is like $7 per additional TV.
