I would like to get my money back, would that be possible?

I ordered a movie on DirecTV on Demand but it was the wrong movie when it came through. I noticed when I started watching it that it was a movie of a similar title, but I know I clicked on the right movie. I would like to get my money back, would that be possible?

It should be possible. You should call the billing department of DirecTV. You should be really nice, and try not to complain and act like it is their fault. I know you probably wouldn’t but customer service reps really respond better to your requests when you are as nice as possible. Just explain what went on and that you know it was an honest mistake and they will most likely refund your money so that you can order another film.
