Looks like the day is finally here, folks! DirecTV subscribers will now have ESPN3.

If you have the Genie receiver and is internet connected they're rolling out an update where if you're on an ESPN channel and press the red button when you get the pop up message you can stream ESPN 3 content via the Genie.

Yes and the update to the DIRECTV code will stream ESPN3 if it's connected to the internet.
