modem resets multiple times a day - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "modem resets multiple times a day", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. Having issues with our modem reseting multiple times a day. The modem is a Arris CM820A. Have tried manually reseting it by unplugging but it does not help. Have talked to tech support multiple different times.
