I have a 3D setup running a Samsung PN63C7000, and I have to say 3d isn't perfect, but the level of imersion is amazing! The things your discussing in the topic are old and dated. Content hasn't been great in the last years, but a plethra of choices are available this year including games. People spend big money on surround sound, and big screens for what?? So they can be immersed in the the movie, games, Pr0n0 LOL!

You are going into this very antaginistically.

I have been using my PS3 as my main BD player, it has it's own issues which I can discuss some other time. Movies have been amazing with new capable line of TV's especially the Panny's line..

Glassless 3D tv's aren't the way to go for the moment because they have poor viewing angles that cause the 3D picture to drop out. Have youo EVER looked at how many people where glasses on a day to day, and wearing them to watch a movie is that big of a deal??

Viewing angle is 170 or so for LCD shutter glasses, and btw the 3D display for the Fuji camera can't do justice for the picture that will show up on your PC, or TV... The glassless 3D is a bit off for the mainstream yet, but these are the stepping stones for progression
