No technical support. Stranded.



I am sick of this company and their service. Their tech people say my problem cannot be fixed, but they have left mr with no options. First box has blue screen of death error code Pace ABL V1.17. Second box provides no broadcast channels with error code XRE 03062. They gave me no instructions on replacing these garbage boxes, and all of the Comcast offices are closed. Can anyone help?
