On Demand not working



I have tried everything from restarting several times, to speaking on the phone for hours with Comcast and nothing has worked. Their only solution for everything is to send a technician (I work, I can’t wait around for hours to get awful customer service) or I was told I could go to the nearest Comcast center to get a new box. They refused to send me a new box in the mail, they used to do that. I will be canceling and switching to Verizon if this is not resolved within 2 weeks.

In the meantime, if anyone has any ideas, I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks

i get the following error code

XRE 22 SRM 8101.

"On Demand not working," is about XFinity-Comcast TV Television and On Demand.
