Ongoing connection issue



Having a continuous issue with Wireless connection to bedroom boxes, no access to live tv or anything on demand, for 2 weeks now. This doesn’t make sense because I have had the same service in the same location for almost 3 years without incident. Now all of a sudden, no connection. Replaced box in master bedroom. Still unable to connect. Customer services says I need to purchase a signal booster now... 🤯 how? Please help
