Payment Arrangements.... - DirecTV

I am highly upset this evening. I attempted to get a further extension until 12-15-16 and was denied because I didn't call in on the day before to request for an extension. The representative advised me I should've contacted them a day prior for arrangements. If I would've known I would have lost my job today I would have been able to contact you all previously but I'm not a mind reader and I had no idea I would loose my job today. I've been disconnected and never requested a restoral fee removal but I can't get another week to day my bill???


This question, "Payment Arrangements....," is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.
