Picture fine BUT no sound



Over the last few days I have had to regularly refresh or restart the box to have the sound come on. I'm doing refresh and restarts via the app and have never touched wires, cables, boxes, etc. They have not been distrubed in forever. What could be causing this? Is this an internal Comcast issue or shoud I just bring the box back for a new one?
