Poor quality compressed audio, particularly on Fox News Channel - XFinity

#1
Recently, I've been observing extremely poor quality sound on Fox News Channel. We use TiVo instead of the Comcast provided set top boxes, but I don't think this is the problem as it persists across all of our TiVo units. Curiously, when the programming on Fox breaks away to show local commercials, the sound improves. Once the national feed is joined, the sound gets very poor again -- it sounds very similar to the compression codec used by SiriusXM. I live in the Atlanta, GA market (Marietta to be specific). Has anyone else noticed this?

Same problem

I'm having the same issue on both Fox News and Fox Business. I'm in Houston with a normal setup. It's their feed. I'm about ready to cancel service.
