Problems with Stream App loading using Roku - XFinity

For about the last two weeks, have consistently had a problem getting Xfinity app to start on Roku. Constantly get the message "Sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again later."



And then periodically during the last couple of months programming gets interrupted (frozen?) momentarily.



I understand this is a Beta version, but after 5 years these type of problems are still common? I'm glad I didn't switch out all my cable boxes.
