I have the same experience with my Samsung smart TV (Q900 series). I successfully downloaded the app; and going through the verification/validation process, the error message came up and stated that I can only access through my "home". We are streaming via this app at our 2nd home; and obviously outside of the "home' range (where the X1 and cable box is installed) . What is the fix for this?
