Seems like time warner had a better system for stopping spam? And some questions. - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Seems like time warner had a better system for stopping spam? And some questions.", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. How do you display full headers in the new desktop webmail site?
It was easy on time warner's.

Also, is there a way to create custom IF fields on
the new webmail site, for instance Message-ID?

And, the tw site allowed users to forward spam to
a tw security department and spam from that sender would
disappear. Doesn't seem to be a way to do that on
spectrum's webmail, just send it to your local spam folder,
and it seems spectrum doesn't want to stop spam other
than using a few blacklists?

Finally, are these addresses still good for reporting spam:
spamblock@postmaster.rr.com>,spamblock@security.rr.com ?
If not, how can I advise spectrum to add specific spammers
to the blacklists they use?

I can create custom filters and see full headers using thunderbird
but i'd rather stop spam on the server.

Thanks for any info.
