Up until 2 weeks ago "next episode" would take me to the next unwatched episode. Now it always takes me to season 1 episode 1. This is an obvious software bug. I called xfinity and there is no method to report a software bug. They always want to replace the remote or restart the system. The mic in the remote works fine and the system has been restarted. It's the X1 OS (or servers) that has a bug with the "next episode" command. How do I get this fixed? thanks
