After moving the tv into a different room of our house we came into the issues of not being able to connect to the cable and the tv, but we had internet. We fixed it so now we have sound and picture and all devices are connected to the internet and have WiFi but we are unable to change the channel. Every time we try it’s gives us the error of RDK-03033 saying that it’s having trouble connecting to the internet, and every time we have tried contacting a service agent they keep saying the cable box is offline. How are we able to have picture and sound but not able to change the channel?
