[FONT=arial black,avant garde]I'm trying to track down why my sports package channels aren't loading (I get error message XRE-03059). The problem started after we ordered the Red Zone by accident and then called in to cancel it. Is there any remote possibility that when cancelling the Red Zone package that the representative did something that is blocking our getting any of the sports package channels to load?[/FONT]
