I have started building a list of favorite channels. There is one thing that I have noticed that has become a bit of an annoyance. If I want to stay within the channels that I have favorited when changing channels, I have to go into the guide and select the channel via the guide.
If I use the channel button on the remote, it still scrolls through all the channels in my package. For example, channels 210 and 212 are among the channels in my favorites list. The next channel after 212 in my favorites is channel 377. If the box is tunned into channel 212 and I press up on the channel button, the box tunes to channel 213. Channel 213 is the next channel in my package, but it isn't in my favorites list.
I suggest Comcast include either a setting to sync the channel button with the guide setting, or better yet just have the channel button work based on the guide setting altogether.
