I have tried repeatedly to switch my plan which is expiring in 7 days. I have called twice and got zero help from anyone. I just want to switch my service plan, i've been a customer for 20 years and no longer need the highest speed internet or all the channels. The customer service hotline is pretty much a joke no one helps, they just talk in circles. I can see why so many people are cancelling cable and getting streaming services, its impossible to get a straight answer. Can someone help with this issue?
