Tablet Restriction

I'm writing this blog to see what other parents out there use tablet restriction as a form of punishment for their children. I have noticed that all my children want to do now is play on their tablets instead of reading or doing chores around the house. Now that my son has gotten in trouble at school I have placed him on tablet restriction. I'm hoping that by taking away the tablet for awhile he will see the error of his ways and get back on track. Electronics play a large role in children's lives these days so I want to hit him where it hurts. I'm praying for positive results.

We just started doing this with the 5 year old You would have thought we were hitting him by his reaction when we took away the tablet his uses the other night!
