Turn of "time out" feature for recorded shows



when watching a recorded show from the saved menu, if it is paused for too long, it will time out. this closes the show and goes back to cable which automatically starts playing.

I was told by an xfinity representative that the timeout is to prevent screen retention, so there is not a way to turn off the time out feature

The representative said that it could be added in the future, and to make a post and see if others would like a similar feature?
