Unable to access My Account on apps or online - XFinity

N0T AUTHORIZED

I try to log on to the My Account xfinity app and the Xfi app but I get a message " not authorized.... you signed in successfully but you must be an xfinity customer to enjoy this service". What do I need to do to fix this? I also tried to access My Account online via Google Chrome but I get the same message.
