Unable to access my account.

Whenever I try to sign into my account, either on the mobile app or the Xfinity website, I get the following error message:


A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

This problem has persisted since I signed up for Xfinity internet, and customer support has been unable to assist me. Hopefully this problem can be resolved soon so I can view my bill and account settings.
