unable to set up my dvr box

I am trying to set up my maoin dvr box and I get a "Sorry, were having trouble " when I restart it brings me to a welcome page, then to a "connecting to your entertainment experience" , then it goes back to the sorry message again. It did on one occasion get to the choose your language, I chose English and then it went back to the "sorry" message again.

What can I do to get this box to activate?
