Upgrade for This Experience - XFinity

Looking at an incredibly annoying issue here. Every time I try to log into the Xfinity app, I’m confronted with a screen that says “Upgrade for This Experience,” and when I click to upgrade now, I’m redirected to a browser page which tells me that I have the latest equipment. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a hundred times and the problem continues. The only thing I can think of, and I think I’ve seen something this mentioned in another thread, is that the problem began when I moved my service to my current address a few months ago. Every couple months I try again, have the same issue, and give up. Please help.
