Well to put it bluntly DirecTV is cheaper. It has more bundles, and more channel packages for a lower price than Cox Communications. DirecTV does however have a less than Sterling reputation in comparison to Cox Communications. It all depends on your preference and what it is that you personally want from a television provider.
