I was wondering if anyone knows what power level WIWN Fon du Lac is currently broadcasting at. I have been able to receive it the last few nights, just lucky or have they made their upgrades

WIWN moved from real channel 68 to real channel 5 ... apparently in January 2018. When 'sky-wave' conditions allow, Low-band VHF television signals can 'skip' off of the ionosphere and be received from very long distances. Where are you located?
