X1 Box keeps losing connection and resetting

I just upgraded to the X1 set top boxes so I could view Amazon Prime.

The new box keeps giving an error message that it lost the connection.

I have checked and the cables are all tight.



I reinstalled the older box and it works fine.



I have reset the box, and had Comcast send a reset to the main box with no luck
