X1 TV Cable box stuck one channel

My X1 TV cable box seems to be stuck on one channel (local CBS) and only shows that channel on screen for five seconds or so, then the screen goes black for a couple of minutes, then the stuck channel comes back on for five seconds, etc., etc. Trying to change the channel with the remote does not work, nor can I access any recordings on the X1 DVR. This started yesterday morning (Feb. 27). I've rebooted the cable box several times, unplugged the box for more than an hour, did an online system refresh (twice) and checked to be sure all the cables and power cords are correctly installed. Still no joy.
