Good afternoon, I am trying to find help working out what appears to be a unique issue. I have recently noticed the xfinity app on my iphone will not work. The app will come up and show my gateway device is online, but no other features work. I cannot see network details, edit users, restart the gateway device or use multiple other features. I receive no error message, I touch the appropriate functions and nothing happens. I have called comcast multiple times to no avail. I have deleted the app multiple times, signed out and back in multiple times, restarted my phone, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
