i have the the worst experiences for the last month with xfinity. i call residental and get forwarded to buisness and back and forth with at least 10 phone calls in i have no answer. i am told by the loyalty team they are e-mailing a "government" branch of xfinity and i should be contacted. in the mean time over the month i have recieved no phone call and am told by loyalty they can not make any changes or even cancel my account. im stuck and beyond frustrated. i hope there is an answer out there for me
