I routinely get a freeze and an XRE-03063 error on one channel (not a premium channel). This repeats about every 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. To clear it, I have to change channels and then change it back. Is there any known cure for this?



On this same channel, X1 also periodically loses sync between the audio and video. The audio then becomes choppy. Resolution is the same...change channels and force a re-sync.



Have tried a box restart and a box refresh several times to no avail.
